Job summary

M&K Truck Centers in Byron Center, MI is seeking a dedicated Parts Driver to deliver and pick up Medium and Heavy Duty truck parts. This regular part-time role supports customers, satellite stores, and wholesale accounts with timely service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class C driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and unit conversions.
• Ability to sit, bend, and lift heavy loads as required.

Parts Driver

Regular Part-Time INDIV CONTRIBUTOR Byron Center, MI, US

Salary Range: $18.50 To $22.00 Annually

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Delivery Driver to deliver and pick up Medium and Heavy Duty Truck parts and equipment. This role is vital to our dealership, ensuring timely service to customers, satellite stores, and wholesale accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and pack part orders for customers on the delivery route.
• Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and reports any discrepancies indicating truck condition to supervisor.
• Maneuvers pickup with medium duty trucks in and around tight corners, through manufacturing areas and around high pedestrian traffic.
• Operation propane powered forklift. Performs related duties as assigned by supervisions
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Class C driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to sit for long periods, bend, climb, crouch to load and unload trucks.
• Ability to lift and carry more than 75 pounds.
