Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Edison, NJ to support delivery and warehouse operations. You will pull and organize orders, load/unload materials, stock inventory, and assist with shipping and receiving. The role includes forklift operation and adherence to safety protocols, with about half of time spent on deliveries.

Preferred candidates have a High School Diploma, 1 year warehouse experience, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• General warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring correct orders and professional conduct.
• Load materials into vehicles and secure to prevent shifting during transit.
• Follow routes to maximize efficiency of delivery runs.
• Stock and maintain inventory in designated warehouse areas.
• Package, label and ship customer orders by various carriers.
• Operate forklifts and maintain logs of hours and vehicle status.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of warehouse and equipment.
