Service Professor in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Warehouse Delivery (Parts Runner) to support installers by staging parts, delivering to job sites, and maintaining inventory. The role blends warehouse duties with daily deliveries and requires reliability and attention to detail.

You’ll work full-time Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities and enjoy benefits including health care options, a company match 401(k), PTO, and provided tools and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC parts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel locally.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Stage parts and equipment for loading onto vehicles to support daily operations.
• Deliver parts, supplies, and equipment to job sites as needed for project completion.
• Monitor and replenish warehouse inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and vehicle, including trash and cardboard removal.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and dispatch regarding parts orders and delivery schedules.
• Accurately read invoices and coordinate with vendors when picking up parts.
• Participate in required meetings and assist with phone inquiries as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule and travel locally as requiredPerform other duties as assigned by a supervisor
