O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist in Tumwater, WA. You will operate company vehicles to deliver parts to customers, collect payments on COD deliveries, and handle customer returns, all while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to adapt to changing delivery situations, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, especially Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers using company vehicles.
• Process deliveries with handheld devices and capture signatures.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and inspected daily.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies collected.
• Handle customer returns and driver return slips.
• Communicate issues to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or accidents immediately.
• Ensure fuel is topped and vehicle secured at day end.
• Clock in/out per policy.
• Assist customers and perform cashier or merchandising tasks when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
