Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist in New Mexico to operate and maintain store vehicles, delivering parts and products to professional customers and collecting money on COD deliveries. You will also pick up returns, perform daily vehicle inspections, and help with general store tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate can quickly adapt to delivery demands, maintain a clean driving record, and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Clean driving record per company standards.
• Valid state driver’s license and driving eligibility.
• Familiar with automotive parts (desired).
• Ability to operate light store equipment.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages (highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use handheld devices to process deliveries and capture signatures.
• Keep vehicles clean and inspected; perform daily checks.
• Secure money, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies collected.
• Pick up customer returns and fill driver return slips.
• Report issues to store management and maintain vehicle logs.
• Clock in/out per policy; assist with other duties as needed.
• Provide customer service and merchandising support as business dictates.
