Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Missouri is hiring a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts and products to professional customers, and collect COD payments. You will also pick up customer returns and ensure safety and accuracy.

Use fleet management handheld devices, perform daily vehicle inspections, keep vehicles and gear secure, and help with cashiering or merchandising when needed. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Legally required driver’s license and driving eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products safely.
• Process deliveries and capture customer signatures using fleet devices.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct daily inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and money collected.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate issues to store management and report vehicle needs.
• Ensure fuelled tanks and lock vehicles at day’s end.
• Clock in/out per company policy and assist with cashiering/merchandising as needed.
