O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to maintain, operate, and deliver parts to professional customers, handling COD payments and customer returns. Fluency in Spanish is a plus and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

This role requires safe vehicle operation, use of handheld devices, and adherence to company policies. Expect diverse duties including customer service, stocking, and merchandising as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries using handheld fleet devices and obtain customer signatures.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean and secure all times.
• Collect monies on COD deliveries and manage returns with driver slip.
• Assist customers, cashier duties, and merchandising as needed.
• Communicate issues to store management and report vehicle maintenance needs.
