Job summary

Rush Truck Centers in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a Parts Driver to deliver parts to customers and pick up parts from suppliers. You will ensure accurate order handling, verify invoices, and maintain delivery logs while supporting warehouse tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver license, and at least 3 months of customer/delivery experience. This on-site position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits as part of our Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three months’ experience in customer and delivery services.
• Must possess a current and valid driver license with insurability per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate last-minute pickups or deliveries based on communication with customers.
• Assist with pulling customer orders when requested.
• Verify that invoices match purchase orders for each pickup.
• Check payments received against invoices for each delivery.
• Keep accurate daily delivery/pick-up logs and obtain recipient signatures.
• Unload truck each night and submit all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Assist in stocking and posting orders to expedite delivery to shop technicians and retail accounts.
• Assist in warehouse as requested by leadership.
