Geneva Rock Products, Inc. is seeking a Parts Runner to handle the timely pickup and delivery of parts, supplies, and inter-office mail across multiple sites. You will operate a company vehicle, maintain records, and ensure safety standards are followed on every run.

The role requires travel between locations, basic mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with office tech. A valid driver’s license is required, and the company offers benefits, a strong team culture, and stability.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in locating addresses efficiently and following detailed instructions.
• Basic understanding of computer and office technology, including Microsoft Office.
• Basic mechanical understanding.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and promote the company's vision and core values.
• Pick up and deliver inter-office mail between company locations.
• Retrieve parts, equipment, and supplies from vendors and shops and deliver them.
• Maintain organized receipts, packing slips, and delivery documentation.
• Use company systems and mobile apps to receive goods and document deliveries.
• Verify accuracy of parts orders against invoices or delivery receipts at pickup.
