Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate delivery vehicles (vans, small trucks, or similar).
• Knowledge of local routes and ability to navigate multiple locations efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• Basic computer or handheld device skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts to dealership locations, collision centers, and external customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Pick up parts, returns, cores, and supplies from vendors and other dealership locations.
• Verify parts against delivery invoices to ensure order accuracy.
• Load and unload parts safely, securing items to prevent damage.
• Maintain delivery logs, invoices, and required documentation.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, or discrepancies to the Parts Department.
• Assist with stocking, organizing, and inventory control as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean, fueled, and in proper working order.
• Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety procedures.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers and team members.
