Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to customers, vendors, and dealership locations
• Pick up parts and materials from suppliers and other locations as needed
• Verify delivery contents and documentation for accuracy
• Obtain customer signatures and required delivery paperwork
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing parts
• Maintain delivery records and communicate delivery status with the Parts Department
• Collect payments from customers when required
• Perform routine inspections of company vehicles and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally with GPS/dash cameras/telematics as applicable
• Represent the dealership professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, and coworkers
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations
