O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to safely deliver parts and products to professional customers, process COD deliveries, and manage returns. You will use fleet devices, capture signatures, and ensure secure handling of vehicles, keys, and payments.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, proper logging, and assisting with merchandising or cashier duties as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries using hand-held devices, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and conduct daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintained; secure keys, fuel cards, devices, and money.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate any customer issues to store management and report vehicle maintenance needs or accidents.
