Job summary

Bruce Titus Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Delivery driver to pick up and deliver parts and equipment for the dealership. You will verify invoices against purchase orders, log daily activity, obtain signatures, and unload trucks each night.

The role requires driving, basic truck maintenance, and coordination with the parts and service teams. The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, 1 year certificate or 3–6 months related experience, reading and writing skills, and physical ability

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related experience.
• Valid Driver's License with CLEAN driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Verifies invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up/delivery.
• Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups; obtains recipient signatures.
• Unloads truck each night and completes paperwork; reports undelivered parts.
• Performs basic maintenance of the delivery truck (gas, oil, cleanliness, inspections).
• Assists parts management with repairs or maintenance needs of trucks.
• Supports service department with drop-off and pick-up of customers' cars as needed.
• Stocks and posts orders arriving to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.
