Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company is seeking a Pick Up and Delivery Driver to support the Conyers, GA area from the MHC Kenworth-East Atlanta branch. The role operates a company vehicle to pick up or transport parts, requiring solid planning, organization and scheduling skills.

As a team member, you will assist shipping/receiving, maintain vehicle safety and logs, and help keep parts stocked. VBA: opportunities for growth and ongoing training at the Atlanta location.

Qualifications

• Prefer parts-related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience dealing with the public in a sales/service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Picks-up and delivers parts as assigned, in the most efficient manner.
• Assists the shipping and receiving clerk in checking in and stocking parts.
• Ensures proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to the Parts Department.
• Maintains driving record within company requirements.
• Maintains the fuel and maintenance log.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
