Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is seeking a Pick Up and Delivery Driver to operate a company vehicle within the assigned area, picking up or transporting parts as directed to support the Parts Department.

The role requires planning and scheduling skills, a focus on safety, and good communication with customers and colleagues. This is a safety-sensitive position with opportunities for on-the-job training and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Prefer parts related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Picks-up and delivers parts as assigned, in the most efficient manner.
• Assists the shipping and receiving clerk in checking in and stocking parts.
• Ensures proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to the Parts Department.
• Maintains driving record within company requirements.
• Maintains the fuel and maintenance log.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
