Job summary

Hendrick Chevrolet (Columbia) is seeking a delivery driver to transport parts and equipment for the company. You will deliver to customers, vendors, and other locations, and you may pick up items as needed. The role involves loading and unloading, ensuring correct products, operating the delivery vehicle, and keeping an organized, safe workspace.

Qualifications include a GED or high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Previous driving, delivery, or warehouse experience is desirable.

Previous driving, delivery or warehouse experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Delivers parts and equipment to customers, vendors, and other locations as requested.
Picks up parts and equipment from customers, vendors, and other locations as requested.
Loads and unloads parts and equipment to and from truck.
Ensures customers receive the correct products.
Operates the vehicle used to deliver and pick up parts and equipment.
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules.
Regular attendance and adherence to shifts.
