Job summary

JX Enterprises, Inc. in Appleton, Wisconsin is hiring a Parts Delivery Driver to provide prompt, reliable service while safeguarding company assets. The role requires a valid driver’s license, safe driving practices, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds as you deliver parts to branches and customer sites.

You will pull orders from inventory, load the truck, perform pre-trip inspections, and complete paperwork for each delivery. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to troubleshoot the flow of traffic and road conditions.
• Ability to adhere to established safe driving guidelines.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Dependable and reliable attendance required.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard company assets and follow all safety protocols.
• Pull daily delivery orders from inventory and load the delivery truck.
• Perform manual material handling of parts for delivery to/from branches and customer sites.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and fuel vehicles.
• Drive delivery van or parts vehicle during an 8-hour shift with multiple stops.
• Use a pallet jack or forklift to move parts to the requested location in the customer's building.
• Complete paperwork with a bill of lading and assemble mail.
• Work with the Parts Counter to handle credits and returns.
• Collaborate with team members to cultivate positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain a curious, entrepreneurial mindset.
