Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, support upselling initiatives and maintain strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

The role requires safe driving, effective communication, basic math and excellent customer service. A valid driver’s license is essential and automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; assist with back stock and cycle counts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Support in promotions of current sales and loyalty programs.
