Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver in North Carolina. You will pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote current promotions. Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while supporting upsell opportunities.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong English communication. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred and the position supports client loyalty programs and parts

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; engage with customers.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs during deliveries.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
