Hunter Truck Sales & Service LLC in Uniontown, PA is hiring a Parts Delivery Driver. This full-time role coordinates daily deliveries with the Parts Manager, maintains delivery logs, verifies invoices, and helps with basic truck maintenance.

The position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel across county and state lines. You will support the parts department, ensure safety items are present, and uphold health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–3 months of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required, must meet insurability standards.
• Ability to read instructions, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups with the Parts Manager and teams.
• Verify invoices match parts and check payments before deliveries.
• Maintain logs of all deliveries and obtain signatures for each delivery.
• Unload trucks nightly and turn in all paperwork and cores.
• Perform basic truck maintenance such as fueling and oil checks.
• Complete weekly vehicle checklists and raise safety concerns.
• Ensure vehicle is equipped with required safety items and documents.
• Report major repairs and maintenance needs to the Parts Manager.
• Maintain professional appearance of the parts department and vehicle.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and reinforce a safe environment.

POSITION AT A GLANCE

Location: Uniontown, PA Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 1 Saturday every 6 weeks Address: 100 Hunter's Way Smithfield, PA 15478

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups with the Parts Manager, inventory control, parts counter, and shipping/receiving teams.
• Verify invoices match parts and check payments before leaving for deliveries.
• Maintain accurate logs of all deliveries and pickups; obtain signatures for each delivery.
• Unload trucks each night and turn in all paperwork, cores, and undelivered parts.
• Perform basic truck maintenance, including fueling, checking oil, keeping the truck clean, and ensuring inspections are up to date.
• Complete weekly vehicle checklists and consult the branch safety council on any concerns.
• Ensure vehicle is equipped with all required safety and operational items (fire extinguisher, safety triangles, first aid kit, GPS, EZ Pass, insurance, registration, fuel card).
• Report major truck repairs and maintenance needs to the Parts Manager.
• Help maintain the professional appearance of the parts department and your work vehicle.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies, reinforcing a safe working environment.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1–3 months of related experience (or equivalent combination).
• Driving & Safety: Valid driver’s license required, must meet company insurability standards, and be able to drive across county and state lines.
• Communication Skills: Able to read instructions and manuals, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Physical Requirements: Regularly stand and walk; occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and over 100 lbs occasionally; vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
