Job summary

Tidewater Fleet Supply LLC is seeking a dependable Parts Delivery Driver to join our team. You will be the face of the company, delivering truck, trailer, and fleet parts safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.

This role combines driving with warehouse support, inventory handling, and order fulfillment. You will organize routes, use our technology to log deliveries, and help with loading, unloading, and basic vehicle upkeep.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver truck, trailer, automotive, and fleet parts using a company-provided vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy before leaving the branch.
• Ensure orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable transportation regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and basic upkeep of company vehicles.
• Immediately report vehicle maintenance concerns or safety issues.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Support warehouse operations including stocking inventory, receiving products, warehouse transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Pull and stage customer orders for delivery.
• Organize daily delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize company technology and software to record deliveries, returns, pickups, and routing information.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and operational tasks.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
