Tidewater Fleet Supply / TNT Parts in Lithonia, GA is seeking a Parts Delivery Driver who will be the face of the company, delivering truck and fleet parts, providing strong customer service, and ensuring orders are accurate and on time.

This full-time role requires 18+, valid license, ability to pass DOT/drug/background checks, basic tech skills, and the willingness to work independently while collaborating with the team.

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.

• Experience in delivery, warehousing, logistics, or customer service preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Safely deliver parts using a company vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy before leaving the branch.
• Ensure orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
• Follow company policies and transportation regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicles.
• Report vehicle maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
• Support warehouse operations including stocking and receiving.
• Pull and stage customer orders for delivery.
• Organize daily routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Record deliveries, returns, pickups, and routing information using company software.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver truck, trailer, automotive, and fleet parts using a company-provided vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy before leaving the branch.
• Ensure orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable transportation regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and basic upkeep of company vehicles.
• Immediately report vehicle maintenance concerns or safety issues.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Support warehouse operations including stocking inventory, receiving products, warehouse transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Pull and stage customer orders for delivery.
• Organize daily delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize company technology and software to record deliveries, returns, pickups, and routing information.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and operational tasks.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
• Basic computer and mobile technology skills.
• Prior delivery, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
