Join United Bus Sales at our Auto Value parts store in Big Lake, MN as a Parts Delivery Driver! This role offers the perfect mix of independence on the road and teamwork in-store. You’ll deliver parts safely and efficiently, assist customers, and help keep operations running smoothly—all while being part of a supportive, growth-focused team.

What You’ll Do:

Driving: Frequent local deliveries in a company vehicle, ensuring timely and safe transport of parts to customers.

Returns Management: Pick up returned parts from customers and process them upon arrival at the store.

In-Store Support: Work in a retail environment with regular interaction with customers and team members, assisting at the counter when not on delivery runs.

Inventory & Stocking: Stock shelves, organize parts, and maintain accurate inventory levels

Freight Handling: Receive and put away parts when freight shipments arrive, ensuring proper placement and labeling.

Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers and employees.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Must be 18 years or older

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Dependable and punctual.

Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screen.

Ability to frequently bend, stand, lift and move inventory up to 50 pounds.

Schedule Requirements

Full-time & Part-time position.

Flexibility for weekends, seasonal demands, and inventory support.

Total Compensation

$17-$19 hourly The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will depend on experience, location, education, and skills, and will be agreed upon during the offer process.
