Job summary

Tidewater Fleet Supply / TNT Parts seeks a dependable Parts Delivery Driver to be the face of the company, delivering truck, trailer, automotive, and fleet parts safely and on time. This role also supports warehouse tasks and inventory handling while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will organize routes, verify orders, and use company software for records. Previous delivery or warehouse experience is helpful but not required; must meet DOT screening and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver truck, trailer, automotive, and fleet parts using a company-provided vehicle.
• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy before leaving the branch.
• Ensure orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable transportation regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and basic upkeep of company vehicles.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Support warehouse operations including stocking inventory, receiving products, warehouse transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Pull and stage customer orders for delivery.
• Organize daily delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize company technology and software to record deliveries, returns, pickups, and routing information.
