Job summary

Timbrook Collision Center in Cumberland, MD is seeking a Parts Counterperson Extraordinaire to be the heart of our parts department. You will greet customers, locate parts, provide pricing and information, process orders, and maintain inventory in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an automotive parts department is preferred.
• Experience in automotive parts or a strong willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with parts lookup and dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
