Job summary

Oakes Auto Group in Olathe, KS, seeks a Parts Counter Person to assist retail customers and technicians with OEM and aftermarket parts in a fast-paced dealership setting.

You will look up parts, price, order, process warranty claims and keep inventory accurate while delivering friendly, professional service and supporting the service department to keep repairs moving smoothly.

Location: Oakes KIA | Olathe, KS Schedule: Full-Time Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 annually

About the Role

Oakes Auto Group is seeking a Parts Counterperson to support both our retail customers and internal service department. This role is responsible for helping customers and technicians find the right parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing warranty and core returns, and ensuring the parts department operates efficiently. • Previous parts, automotive, retail, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred but not required
