Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson at our BMW dealership. You will help service technicians and walk-in customers purchase parts and accessories, and receive training in inventory control and parts stocking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a parts counter salesperson in a dealership preferred.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to understand manufacturers specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians and walk-in customers in purchasing parts and accessories.
• Receive training on inventory control, stocking and pulling automotive parts from the stockroom.
• Deliver parts to customers located away from the dealership, as needed.
• Be the first point of contact for customers at the parts pick-up window.
