Job summary

Russ Darrow Greenfield Mazda seeks a reliable Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department. You’ll interact with customers and staff daily in a fast-paced, supportive environment and help maintain accurate inventory records.

Use parts catalogs to identify correct parts by vehicle make, model and year, provide price quotes, process payments, and fulfill orders from stock. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and attention to inventory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer calls and provide price quotes and vehicle-specific parts information.
• Process parts payments and ensure accurate billing.
• Fulfill customer and technician orders from available inventory.
• Input parts orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts to maintain inventory records.
• Locate and source parts when items are out of stock.
