Job summary

Monroe Tractor is seeking a Parts Representative to support the parts department and drive financial targets. You will interact with walk-in and call-in customers, assist in shipping, receiving, and stocking of parts, and help maintain an organized showroom.

The role emphasizes a friendly disposition, strong merchandising, inventory control, and ongoing product knowledge development, with competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within a family-owned company.

• Other responsibilities based on experience.
• Assist in Parts inventory.
• Maintain and develop product knowledge.

The Parts Representative will have a hand in all aspects of the parts department including marketing and selling parts to successfully achieve financial targets. The position requires a friendly disposition with the ability to interact with a broad base of customers.
