Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and retail guests in locating and obtaining correct parts.
• Accurately price parts and accessories using the approved pricing source.
• Stock incoming inventory and keep the parts department clean and orderly.
• Provide customers with information and upsell opportunities when appropriate.
• Maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
