Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Communicate with customers on parts status
• Maintain professional communication with staff and customers
• Read and understand the parts catalog for accurate lookup
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and other information
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing
• Provide high-level service to internal and external customers
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Maintain weekly stock checks for accuracy
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or urgent needs
• Locate out-of-stock parts externally and submit emergency orders if needed
• Ensure all internal parts requests are billed correctly
• Handle payments or credit authorizations from retail customers
• Set up orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup

Qualifications include:

• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals
• Ability to perform calculations accurately
