AGCO Corporation in Columbia, KY is seeking a Parts Counter Associate for AgRev. The role involves selling, receiving, delivering and maintaining inventory of parts in a prompt and safe manner.

You will support service technicians with parts, verify shipments, and help keep the work area organized, with potential evening/weekend work as required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with basic parts and industrial machinery.
• Experience in a parts/aftersales role in automotive or industrial equipment.
• Experience using parts catalogs and computer systems.

Mansioni

• Promotes, sells, quotes and fills product/parts orders to meet customer needs.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Coordinates and verifies receipt of shipments and processes related payments.
• Keeps areas clean and orderly.
• Manages stock shortages and expedites issues with the manager.
• Maintains departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
• May operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends and holidays.

AgRevolution is seeking a Parts Counter Associate for our Columbia, KY location. This position is responsible for selling, receiving, delivering and maintaining inventory of parts and in an accurate, prompt and safe manner.

Your Impact

• Promotes, sells, quotes and fills product/parts orders and/or services to meet or exceed customer needs using parts catalogs/systems.

• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.

• Coordinates and verifies receipt of shipments, assists with placing stock in their proper inventory locations and processes related payments.

• Assists in keeping areas clean and orderly.

• Manages stock shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager.

• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.

• May be required to operate material handling equipment and work evenings, weekends and holidays

Your Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous experience working with basic parts and industrial machinery/equipment.

• Previous experience working in a parts / aftersales role within an automotive, industrial machinery/equipment or related business.

• Previous experience using parts catalogs, systems and managing information utilizing a computer application system.
