Job summary

Johnson Motors of St. Croix Falls, Inc. is seeking a Parts Consultant to assist customers and technicians with parts lookup and sales at our St. Croix Falls, WI location.

You will identify and source parts using Ford catalogs and inventory systems, order and manage stock, and handle warranty claims while delivering excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and online.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive parts role is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to shared success.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills; we’ll train you on our systems.

Compensation: $20+ per hour, based on experience
