Dave Smith Motors, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking a Parts Clerk to join our parts warehouse team in Kellogg, Idaho. You will receive and process incoming parts, maintain inventory records, pick and pack orders, and collaborate with Sales and Service to fulfill requests.

This role requires operating forklifts and pallet jacks, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adhering to safety protocols. Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

(The Parts Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $15.00.)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming parts and supplies in the parts warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Pick and pack parts for customer orders
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the parts warehouse
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to fulfill parts requests
• Ensure proper storage and handling of parts and materials
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations
• Process returns and damaged goods
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Walk stairs as needed to access different areas of the warehouse
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
• Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
