Job summary

Genesis of Littleton, part of McDonald Automotive, is seeking a parts associate to support a busy parts department in Littleton, CO. You will check-in parts, verify accuracy, and deliver parts to technicians, ensuring timely support for service operations.

The role offers opportunities to work with CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds systems, maintain organized inventory, and assist customers with parts needs in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Familiarity with automotive components, systems, and terminology.
• Experience with inventory control systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is an asset.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is beneficial.
• Post-secondary education in Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field (an asset).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and mirror match parts to damaged parts and place on the parts cart.
• Deliver parts to technicians if necessary.
• Obtain OEM diagrams on vehicles prior to disassembly.
• Organize and keep the parts department clean.
• Handle parts return pickups.
• Assist coworkers with parts-related questions.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
