Job summary

Chastang Ford is expanding our parts team in Houston, TX. We seek a detail-oriented individual who can manage inventory, assist with part setup, and handle returns while ensuring accuracy and timely service.

The candidate should be comfortable with a CDK system, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to communicate well with colleagues. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDK experience required.
• Dealership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory cycle counts, set up new parts, process dirty core returns, handle part claims and obsolescence.
• Maintain the integrity of the parts inventory.
• Become proficient with the CDK computer system.
• Maintain a clean and detailed filing system.

THE POSITION:

We are seeking a candidate that will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to perform accurate work in a timely matter.

• Parts department inventory cycle counts, new part set-ups, dirty core returns, parts claims, and obsolescent returns.
• Maintain the integrity of the parts inventory.
• Become proficient with the CDK computer system.
• Maintain a clean and detailed filing system.
• Able to communicate well with everyone.
• Have a safe driving record
• Pass a background and drug test
• Being Bi-lingual is a plus but not required

THE LOCATION:

Chastang Ford is located in Houston, TX, approximately one-mile East of I-69 on the 610 North Loop East. *Relocation assistance for qualified candidates*
