Job description

Our mission at Too Good To Go is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. It’s a big mission, and that’s where you come in!

At Too Good To Go, you’ll join a team that cares about developing strategic partnerships, making value-based decisions, and finding innovative solutions to the world’s food waste crisis. You’ll join an elite team to elevate our growth and collaborate daily with world-class minds—while doing work that’s both high-impact and deeply meaningful.

Your Role

As the Partnerships Manager, North America, you will be the strategic mind behind the B2B2C growth across the United States and Canada. This role is dedicated to supporting our partner’s success on the Too Good To Go platform by crafting bespoke, creative co-marketing solutions that drive mutual commercial value.

You aren't just a marketer; you are a consultant to our Sales and Account Management teams and a bridge to our Global headquarters. You will stand up the required processes and tools to streamline how we prioritize partner requests, ensure every initiative is backed by sharp financial acumen, and a clear "win-win" for both Too Good To Go and our partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic B2B2C Partner Leadership:

  • Own the end-to-end B2B2C co-marketing strategy for North America, developing tailored programs that drive commercial value for our partners
  • Be an important point of contact for Too Good To Go partners and a strategic partner in understanding their business and marketing objectives
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to the Sales and Account Management teams, joining high-stakes pitches to present bespoke marketing solutions for key regional accounts.
Operational Excellence & Process Design
  • Architect and implement internal briefing processes and project management tools to streamline partner marketing requests and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to internal teams on how to leverage marketing as a tool for partner retention and growth.
Holistic Integration & Collaboration
  • Partner closely with the PR, B2B, and B2C marketing teams to ensure partner activities are integrated into our broader brand narrative and consumer campaigns.
  • Act as the key North American conduit for the Global Partner Marketing team, localizing global best practices while sharing North American innovations to benefit the company worldwide.
Commercial & Financial Impact
  • Apply strong financial acumen to track and report on the ROI of partner initiatives, ensuring every campaign is optimized for commercial success.
  • Stay curious and proactive in identifying new ways to add value to our partners’ bottom lines through creative co-branded digital and physical touchpoints.
Requirements
  • B2B2C Expertise: Extensive experience in partner marketing or co-marketing roles, specifically managing complex relationships across the United States and Canada.
  • Consultative Approach: Proven ability to work as a strategic partner to Sales/Account Management, with the ability to "sell in" creative marketing concepts to external stakeholders.
  • Process Architecture: Experience building or improving internal workflows, briefing systems, and project management tools to handle a high volume of partner requests.
  • Financial & Commercial Acumen: High comfort level with data and financial metrics; ability to speak fluently about how marketing initiatives drive business growth and partner ROI.
  • Integrated Marketing Savvy: A track record of working cross-functionally with PR, Social, and Performance teams to drive 360-degree solutions for partners.
  • Proactive Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to translate complex joint plans into clear, compelling narratives for both local and global audiences.
  • Hands-on Mentality: The ability to move from high-level strategy to execution—happy to get stuck into the details of a campaign while never losing sight of the big picture.
What it takes to succeed

We are looking for people who are energized by the opportunity and driven by the discipline it takes to achieve it. Too Good To Go is building a high performing team where the right people thrive by holding themselves and each other to these standards. If you are looking for a place to grow, own your work, and make an impact—you’ll fit right in.

To succeed here, you’ll need to embody these four principles:

  • Choose Excellence over Ease: You take initiative and prioritize long‑term impact over short‑term comfort, consistently pushing for exceptional quality rather than settling for "good enough."
  • Demonstrate Integrity and Responsibility: You do the right thing when no one is watching. You recognize your own agency to influence outcomes and take responsibility —meeting setbacks with solutions and humility rather than excuses.
  • Seek Honesty: You ask questions and prioritize truth over comfort, welcoming candid feedback, and addressing performance directly to ensure we never stop improving.
  • Bring Energy and Joy to the Journey: You take responsibility for the energy you bring to the team, finding meaning in the work while celebrating our shared wins and lessons.
Benefits
Agility & Autonomy
  • Modern Hybrid Model: Maintain a high-performance rhythm with a balance of focused remote work and collaborative office days (3x a week) in our New York City hub.
  • Global Mobility: The flexibility to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year.
  • Dedicated Time to Recharge: 20 days of paid vacation plus additional paid volunteer time through our Shareback program.
  • Parental Support: Comprehensive paid parental leave with top‑up support to ensure you can be present for life’s most significant milestones.
Holistic Wellbeing & Security
  • Premium Health Coverage: 100% employer-paid medical (EPO), dental, and vision options for employees.
  • Comprehensive Support: Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health care, legal and financial advisory, and family support.
  • Active Lifestyle: Stay energized with monthly ClassPass credits and our dedicated bike mobility program.
  • Financial Future: Plan for long‑term security with a 401(k) program, including an employer‑matched contribution.
Community & Belonging
  • Global Connectivity: Engage with our international team through various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including P.R.I.D.E., Women in the Workplace, Global Majority Voices, and Functionally Diverse groups.
  • Vibrant Workspace: Experience a welcoming office environment with curated snacks, premium coffee, and regular team celebrations that foster a true sense of community.
What we have to offer
  • A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation!) where you can see real and tangible impact in your role.
  • Working alongside an international community of users, partners and 1,350+ colleagues across 20 countries that are on the same important mission.
  • Personal and professional development opportunities in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.
  • An inclusive company culture where you can bring your authentic self to work
  • A strong, values‑driven team culture where we celebrate successes and socialise with colleagues that care.

A reasonable estimate of the range for new joiners for this role in the United States is $82,000 - $110,000. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, an individual's assigned work location, experience, and expertise.

A Movement for Everyone
We want to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. With that mission, it’s only natural that we want to build a diverse and inclusive team of highly capable individuals who are passionate about doing things in a better way. We strongly believe we all excel and are more creative when we’re allowed to be ourselves, and we’re committed to a culture where all of us belong.
We are an equal opportunity employer and all employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need. If you need reasonable accommodation at any point in the application or interview process, please let us know.
