Job description

The Role

As a Partnerships Analytics & Operations Senior Analyst, you will build the analytics, insights, and operational processes that power Adobe's Partnerships strategy and execution.

You will work on high‑impact problems across partner performance, deal effectiveness, and ecosystem dynamics—turning data into clear insights and helping ensure decisions are executed effectively.

This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused: you will own analyses end‑to‑end, build tools and dashboards, and help operationalize how the Partnerships organization runs.

What You’ll Do
  • Build Analytics and Generate Insights (Core Focus)
    • Develop dashboards and analyses to track partner performance, deal outcomes, ecosystem and competitive trends.
    • Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform partner prioritization, investment decisions, and deal optimization.
    • Support development of evaluation frameworks for partner and ecosystem decisions.
  • Enable Decision‑Making Through Structured Analysis
    • Break down ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear outputs.
    • Identify key drivers, trends, and trade‑offs.
    • Present insights in a clear, concise, and decision‑oriented way.
  • Build and Improve Operational Processes
    • Support design and execution of processes across partner planning, pipeline tracking, and deal tracking and reporting.
    • Help ensure data is accurate, consistent, and usable across teams.
    • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to how the organization operates.
  • Support Ecosystem Intelligence and Experimentation
    • Track partner and ecosystem developments (product, GTM, competitive moves).
    • Contribute to lightweight competitive intelligence efforts.
    • Support early‑stage analyses and pilots to evaluate new partnership opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience: 3–8 years in analytics, strategy, BizOps, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Strong track record of solving problems using data and structured thinking.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis (SQL, Excel, Python, or similar) and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Ability to move from raw data to insight recommendation.
  • AI proficiency required: Comfortable using AI tools (LLMs) to accelerate analysis and workflows; familiar with rapid prototyping using AI tools.
  • Communication: Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations; comfortable presenting to stakeholders; structured thinking and concise storytelling.
  • Mindset: Detail‑oriented with strong ownership; curious and proactive; comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving priorities; focused on impact, not just analysis.
