Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred in Accountancy or Taxation.
• CPA/Attorney/EA certification required or preferred.
• Ten+ years of relevant experience in tax consulting, partnerships or PE.
• Experience with partner taxation and tax receivable agreements (TRA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of partnership taxation issues.
• Lead and mentor associates, seniors, and managers.
• Oversee partnership capital account maintenance and computations.
• Provide client guidance and manage expectations on tax strategies.
• Develop and drive process improvements and team development.
