Job summary

Visit Mesa in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Partnership & Social Media Specialist to support the Partnership Program and consumer marketing by coordinating partner engagement, delivering partnership benefits, and creating social media content. This role acts as a key connector between Visit Mesa partners and internal teams.

Working with the Director, Destination Experience and Content Marketing Manager, you will contribute to Visit Mesa’s content pipeline and destination storytelling, while capturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital communications, or a related field.
• Hospitality, tourism, association, or economic development experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner engagement and fulfill partnership benefits to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain CRM records of partner interactions and follow-ups.
• Manage partner renewals, performance reviews, and upsell opportunities.
• Capture photo and video content during visits, events, and experiences for marketing use.
• Draft and schedule social media posts, monitor comments, and engage with audiences.
• Liaise between partners and internal teams for deliverables and materials.
• Represent Visit Mesa at partner meetings, events, and industry functions.
• Organize content assets and stay current on marketing trends and platforms.
