Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Partners in Performance Senior Principal to lead on-site client teams, coaching Business Improvement leaders and managers, and ensuring sustainability of improvements. As a Partners in Performance Senior Principal you willprovide overall, on-site team leadership, usually across multiple teams on a single site. You will be passionate about providing support and coaching to client Business Improvement leaders and managers, ensuring consistency and that improvements are embedded. Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operational data using proprietary methods and tools.
• Develop and quantify strategies for optimizing the organization's operations and implement the strategies in close partnership with the organization's workforce, from the C-Suite to employees on the ground.
• Provide frequent and immediate coaching to ensure data and KPIs are properly interpreted and leveraged to manage operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience of professional experience
• Minimum 7 years of blue chip, generalist consulting experience in a T1 consulting firm
• Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Natural Resources industry experience
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with on-site travel comprising approximately 80% of the role
• Experience on mining, heavy industry, or construction sites
• Analytics experience including excel and general math
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence C-level and operational management
• Exceptional logical reasoning and the ability to ruthlessly prioritize to ensure rapid gains are achieved and sustained
• Ideally, experience delivering results-based engagements with a proven, lasting impact
