Heart + Paw invites experienced veterinarians to become Partner Veterinarians and Co‑Owners, leading modern centers with ownership opportunities. You will build and guide your hospital, shape clinical protocols, and drive culture alongside Heart + Paw’s support systems.

As a Partner Veterinarian, you’ll manage a team, maintain outstanding client experiences, mentor staff, and collaborate on hiring, scheduling, and budgeting while enjoying operational transparency and growth opportunities in a

Qualifications

DVM/VMD with a valid state license.
4+ years of clinical experience and leadership expertise.
Passion for preventive care, client service, and ownership.
Tech-savvy with a focus on enhancing the pet and parent experience.
Fear Free and HABRI certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Lead and co‑own your Heart + Paw center.
Build a team culture aligned with your vision and provide outstanding veterinary care.
Mentor your team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional client experiences.
Collaborate with your Center Director and Heart + Paw leadership on hiring, scheduling, budgeting, and more.
