Qualifications

• Proven trial experience in state and federal courts.
• Portable book of business with current and potential clients.
• Willingness to become admitted to The Florida Bar.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to The Florida Bar preferred.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in real estate litigation and business torts.
• Handle officer and director liability matters.
• Manage complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
• Conduct insurance litigation proceedings.
• Develop and maintain a portable book of business.
