Zeal Medical Staffing LLC is recruiting a permanent General Dentist for a El Paso, TX–New Mexico border practice. The position offers a daily base and/or production-based earning, with 1099 contractor status.

The clinic uses CT and digital scanners (iTero), electric handpiece, and rotary endo, and serves PPO/cash pay and Medicaid patients. Partnership potential is indicated, with schedule Monday to Friday 9–4.

Qualifications

• Bread & butter dentistry with new patient flow
• Proficient in digital imaging and in-house aligners
• Experience with private insurance and Medicaid payer mix preferred

Responsibilities

• Join a practice near the NM/TX border
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Collaborate with staff to manage patient flow and care
