Qualifications

• Three+ years of dental practice experience.
• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current, valid Illinois dental license (or eligibility).
• Strong interest in becoming a partner in the near term.
• Ability to lead clinical and team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage oral health conditions.
• Develop and present treatment plans to patients.
