Job summary

Palmetto in Phoenix seeks a Relationship Specialist to support our financial products for EPC partners. You will work with the Relationship Manager to deliver smooth transactions, assist partners, and improve service experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product operations or customer-facing roles, knowledge of solar or construction, BS/BA, and strong communication. Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Intercom, and AI tools is a plus. Background check required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Operations, Customer Service, Account Management Support, or Sales Fulfillment
• Knowledge of construction or solar industry preferred
• BS/BA preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Intercom, and chat support systems

Responsibilities

• Support EPC partner requests via email, ticketing, chat, and mechanisms
• Manage queues and actions in the financial portal to ensure smooth partner transactions
• Provide coaching and training on transactions to EPC partners and sales reps
• Assist in evaluating and improving internal processes and building scalable systems
• Collaborate with the regional Relationship Manager and LightReach leadership to identify opportunities for product and partner experience improvements
