12-month contract with possible extension for a Partner Success Manager in Chalotte, NC (hybrid/3 days onsite)

- Overview: As a Partner Success team member, you will play a critical role in helping plan and operationalize some of company's most important business and revenue-driving initiatives.
- This role acts as a liaison across the organization, bridging the gap between strategic goals and execution. The Partner Success Manager will be embedded within business verticals to deliver value for company's members, internal cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- The role will build, run, and continuously improve enterprise programs that drive business value and revenue throughout the partner lifecycle. It will also leverage technical domain expertise and partner relationships to advise on the feasibility and practicality of new product initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Partner Lifecycle & Relationship Management
- Drive the partner lifecycle end-to-end, including net-new partner onboarding and expansion of existing partner relationships within the marketplace.
- Manage initiatives from ideation through delivery and own the overall partner onboarding experience.
- Gather feedback and use insights to continuously improve internal and external processes.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for partners and leadership throughout:
- Implementations
- Escalations
- Day-to-day service requests
- Triage and resolve partner cases within the Salesforce queue.
- Communicate directly with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Program & Cross-Functional Management
- Leverage domain expertise and quickly develop an understanding of program content and context.
- Engage the appropriate experts and leaders to mobilize cross-functional teams and deliver program outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional issue remediation and root cause analysis for revenue-impacting issues, including:
- Compliance violations
- Own or contribute to technical and product requirement documents.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and communicate new or changing product requirements to partners to ensure adherence.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Own full-funnel reporting and data integrity.
- Map complex partner data schemas to standards.
- Investigate data discrepancies against expected trends and performance.
- Develop methods to identify, monitor, and remediate:
- Data gaps
- Partner cross-functionally to investigate issues and develop solutions.
- Support standardized reporting frameworks that improve speed and accuracy.
Operations, Process Improvement & Compliance
- Build scalable operational infrastructure and help establish recurring processes.
- Automate recurring workflows using Partner Success workload and project management tools.
- Maintain website accuracy by updating pages to reflect partner offer specifications.
- Ensure partner-facing information is timely and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence across owned programs and partner-facing content.
- Maintain a strong focus on process improvement, operational consistency, and execution quality.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant professional experience in:
- Operations
- Program Management
- Analytics
- Finance
- Similar business functions
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to follow established:
- Playbooks
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Process documentation
- Ability to execute repeatable processes with high attention to detail and minimal errors.
- Experience using AI tools to create documents, solve problems, and improve efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, recognize trends, and clearly communicate findings.
- High degree of ownership and interest in continuously improving business processes.

- Experience working within SOX-compliant processes or other environments requiring strict adherence to documented procedures.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or another related field.
