Zusammenfassung

Cacheflow is seeking a Partner Success Specialist to serve as the SME and troubleshoot for our Third Party Originations channel. You will be the primary contact for external account executives and brokers navigating our HELOC technology.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Mortgage/loan experience, excels at problem solving in fast-paced fintech environments, and can translate broker feedback into actionable product input. This role reports to Originations Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Mortgage origination experience with HELOC and loan lifecycle.
• Ability to interpret system logs and JSONs for issue diagnosis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for brokers.

Aufgaben

• Serve as SME for external brokers, resolve inquiries on underwriting guidelines and workflows.
• Diagnose loan stalls or denials using criteria and backend data.
• Guide brokers through complex borrower scenarios from intake to closing.
• Train partners on the platform and capture feedback for product teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest UI/workflow improvements.
• Scale support while maintaining quality.
