Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of client-side web tech experience (HTML, CSS, JS, HTTP).
• 3 years of coding in Java, C/C++, Python.
• Experience troubleshooting for partners or customers.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field.
• Experience in analytics, BI, data analytics, or statistics.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Cloud technologies experience (architecting/developing cloud solutions).
• Machine learning experience.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical aspects of customer/partner integrations with documentation.
• Provide high-touch technical SME support with strategic partners within SLAs.
• Collaborate with PMs and POMs to define and prioritize feature requests.
• Conduct implementation reviews and advocate for product enhancements.
• Develop tools and docs to speed up partner implementations and scale.
