The Partner Relationship Manager (Retailers) is the focal point between Spring Systems and our retailer partners. This person will develop relationships with buyers and vendor management at major retailers.
This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing strategic partnerships with external companies (retailers), achieving mutual business goals by fostering strong relationships, identifying new opportunities for collaboration, maximizing referrals from the retailer, and ensuring partner satisfaction through effective communication and ongoing support. Essentially, this role acts as a liaison to maximize the value of the partnership.
Sales - This person will also seek new business opportunities with existing retail partners and develop sales opportunities with new retailers.
